Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

NFT (MI) released its proposed RWAIX transaction-verification protocol and open-sourced a reference implementation, with a limited live pilot targeted for Q1 2027. An internal, company-administered test record shows 50 tests passed with no failures; developers can run the suite independently using the MIT-licensed GitHub code.

The company intends to test one existing NFT order from purchase through delivery, verification, payment and dispute handling. RWAIX has not yet been integrated in production. The plan covers rights preparation, simulated transactions and then a small real-money order within 90 days, subject to independent security review and other conditions. The pilot is intended to use existing bank payments, without a new cryptocurrency. NFT is also exploring AI computing and robotics applications, neither currently funded, contracted or committed.

Key Terms

4 terms
real-world assets financial
"Real-world assets, such as buildings, equipment, and energy"
Real-world assets are physical or financial things of value—like property, commodities, loans, or art—that exist outside digital markets and can be bought, sold, or used as collateral. For investors, they matter because they often provide steady income, reduce reliance on volatile paper markets, and can add diversification much like owning a rental property beside stock holdings. Treat them like tangible building blocks that can stabilize a portfolio and back the value of financial products.
mit license technical
"open-sourced on GitHub under the MIT License"
A permissive open-source software license that lets anyone use, copy, modify and sell code with minimal conditions—typically only that the original copyright and license notice stay with the code. Think of it like a recipe people can freely share and change as long as they credit the original cook. For investors, an MIT license can speed adoption, reduce legal hurdles and make a company’s software easier to integrate or commercialize, which can affect product reach and competitive value.
reference implementation technical
"The reference implementation has been open-sourced on GitHub"
An implementation of a technical standard, protocol, or specification produced to show how the requirements should be executed in code or system behavior; it serves as an authoritative example for developers, testers, and other implementers to follow. A reference implementation demonstrates expected features and edge cases and is used for interoperability testing and clarifying ambiguous parts of the specification, but it is not necessarily optimized for production use and does not replace the written standard itself.
api documentation technical
"schema definitions and API documentation"
Written and/or interactive materials that describe how to use an application programming interface (API). API documentation lists the API's endpoints or functions, required inputs and output formats, authentication methods, request and response examples, error codes, and any usage limits; it may also include code samples, SDK references, and an interactive console for testing. It documents the interface for developers and integrators but is separate from the API implementation itself and can be auto-generated or manually curated, so completeness and clarity vary.

HONG KONG, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- NFT Limited (NYSE American: MI) (the "Company"), an emerging online trading platform operator of international art and collectibles, today released RWAIX — a proposed technical protocol intended to let buyers, sellers, AI agents, and even robots verify who they are, what they agreed to, and whether delivery actually occurred. The Company's existing digital art platform is intended to be the first real-world use case. The Company announced that an internal, company-administered test record shows 50 tests passed with no failures, and that it intends to launch a limited live pilot within 90 days, targeted for Q1 2027, subject to completion of independent security review and other conditions. The reference implementation has been open-sourced on GitHub athttps://github.com/hw7325391218-create/rwaix under the MIT License, allowing any developer to independently clone the repository and run the full 50-test suite.

What Is RWAIX?

RWAIX is intended to function as a shared record-keeping and verification layer for digital commerce. Under current practice, parties to an online transaction rely on the platform operator to record what occurred. RWAIX is designed to replace that reliance on a single party with a system in which both parties, and independent verifiers, can review the same record: who agreed to what, when delivery occurred, whether payment was made, and how disputes are to be resolved.

This is relevant for three reasons. AI agents are beginning to negotiate and pay for services without direct human involvement. Real-world assets, such as buildings, equipment, and energy, are beginning to be explored as digital tokens. Robots may increasingly need to be authorized to act remotely. In each of these scenarios, counterparties often cannot fully verify one another, and the Company believes RWAIX is designed to address this problem.

First Real-World Use: Existing NFT Platform

The Company is not starting from scratch. Its existing digital art trading platform is operated by Metaverse Digital Payment Co., Limited ("Metaverse HK"), the Company's wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary. RWAIX is intended to first be used to upgrade one existing NFT order — end to end: from the moment a buyer agrees to purchase, through delivery, independent verification, payment, and dispute handling. RWAIX has not yet been integrated with the platform in production. The pilot is intended to use existing bank rails, and no new cryptocurrency is required for it.

Open Source Reference Implementation

The RWAIX reference implementation is released under the MIT License at:http://www.rwaix.io. Any developer can independently clone the repository, install dependencies, and run the 50-test suite locally to verify the results described in this release. The repository includes source code for the core protocol logic (Node.js), 50 automated test cases with expected outputs, schema definitions and API documentation, and a browser demo using synthetic data.

The 90-Day Plan

Here is the Company's current plan for the next 90 days, which remains subject to change:

  • Days 0–30: Lock down the platform, software, and artwork rights for one controlled order.
  • Days 31–60: Test the full flow in a sandbox — simulated orders, simulated payments, simulated disputes — to ensure nothing breaks.
  • Days 61–90: Subject to completion of an independent security review, the Company intends to launch a small real order with real money, if and when appropriate. The Company will announce separately when this goes live.

What Comes Next

The Company believes the same technology may be capable of extending beyond NFT art. The Company is exploring two future directions, neither of which is currently funded, contracted, or committed:

  • AI Compute: Companies that rent GPU computing power may use RWAIX to verify that compute was actually delivered and automatically settle payment.
  • Robots: Humanoid robots may be given time-limited, scope-limited remote authorization — with every action recorded and verifiable.

As of the date of this release, the Company has not signed any AI compute customer, has not started any robot project, and has not issued any cryptocurrency.

Why Now?

Three trends are converging (public data from IDC, IFR, WTO, World Bank):

  • Global public cloud spending surpassed $1 trillion in 2026 (IDC, March 2026).
  • AI-related IT spending is forecast to reach approximately $1.3 trillion by 2029 (IDC, August 2025).
  • Approximately 5 million industrial robots are in operation globally (IFR, September 2026).

Note: These are macro industry figures, not Company forecasts. They do not represent the Company's TAM or revenue projections.

About Tokens

The whitepaper describes two token concepts as future design ideas only — neither has been issued, approved, or offered for sale:

  • DCNFT: Would represent ownership in a specific facility (like a data center), if and when the Company sets one up.
  • $RWAIX: Would be proposed for use in network fees and service rewards. No token has been created, no launch date has been set, and no regulatory approval has been sought or obtained.

Bottom line: No tokens have been issued. The NFT pilot is intended to use normal bank payments.

Where Things Stand

  • RWAIX protocol released today.
  • Internal testing complete: 50 tests passed, zero failures. Reference implementation open-sourced on GitHub for independent verification.
  • 90-day real-world pilot plan initiated, subject to independent security review.
  • No AI compute customer signed. No robot project started. No tokens issued.

CEO Statement

"We already operate a platform with customers, orders, and payments. With RWAIX, we are working to make that system verifiable and trustworthy for everyone involved. Our internal testing is complete, and the reference implementation is now public on GitHub — anyone can download it, run the 50 tests, and see for themselves. Over the next 90 days we intend to find out whether it works on a real customer order. If it does, we believe the same foundation could eventually extend to areas like AI compute and robotics, though that work has not started and there is no assurance it will succeed."

 — Yanying Wang, Chief Executive Officer
