Modine Hosting Career Fair, Launching Billboard Campaign to Fill Immediate Openings

RACINE, Wis., Sept. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Modine, a diversified global leader in thermal management technology and solutions, is looking to hire dozens of employees for its new Franklin facility at 3303 W. Oakwood Rd. The company has 55 immediate openings—from entry level production assemblers to certified welders, production leaders, engineers and a variety of other advanced manufacturing positions.

Earlier this year, Modine signed a lease for the 153,000-square-foot Franklin plant. The company plans to take occupancy early November and will begin production soon after. By the end of March 2026, Modine expects to have approximately 300 employees at the location.

"With the exciting growth in data centers driving demand for our products, we encourage those who are looking for a good-paying job with excellent benefits to attend our career fair or apply online to learn about the positions that might be a fit for you," says Ashley Arner, Human Resources Director for Data Centers, at Modine. "We're looking to add talent immediately to build these large unique thermal systems, and we are willing to train those without experience who are interested in working with Modine."

The new Franklin facility and the push to ramp up staffing is driven by an increase in Modine's North American data center business. In July, the company announced it would invest $100 million to expand U.S. manufacturing capacity for Airedale by Modine™ data center cooling products.

The $100 million investment over the next 12-18 months will expand manufacturing at four sites to support data center growth, including a new facility in the Dallas, TX, area, and expansion in Grenada, MS, Franklin, WI, and Jefferson City, MO. The investment also will enhance engineering, product development and testing capabilities, create new jobs and support the redeployment and retraining of existing Modine employees.

Career Fair & Outdoor Campaign

On Thurs., Sept. 25, 2 - 7 p.m., and Fri., Sept. 26, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., Modine is hosting a career at its new facility at 3303 W. Oakwood Road in Franklin. The company will have HR professionals onsite to discuss open positions, conduct on-the-spot interviews and extend initial offers. Those who are interested are encouraged to register in advance at https://forms.office.com/r/pic57jqDfe but the company is also welcoming walk in interviewees.

Modine has first-shift openings and is offering competitive hourly pay that starts at $22 for production assemblers and $32 for certified welders. All who are hired will receive health insurance and other benefits the first day on the job.

In addition to the career fair, Modine is executing an outdoor advertising campaign. Beginning in late September, employee recruitment billboards around the Milwaukee area will appear and continue to run through early November.
