2 terms
spatial intelligence technical
"the entity that will fully develop the Company’s spatial intelligence business"
Spatial intelligence is the mental ability to understand, visualize and manipulate shapes, distances and positions in space—like mentally moving furniture around a room or reading a map without getting lost. For investors, it matters because products, services and workforces that rely on strong spatial skills (for example in robotics, mapping, augmented reality, architecture, logistics or certain medical procedures) can be more efficient, safer and more innovative, influencing a company’s competitive edge and market potential.
platform business technical
"Micware's growth strategy is to establish itself as a platform business operator"
A platform business is a company that creates a digital or physical space where different groups—such as buyers and sellers, service providers and customers, or app developers and users—can connect, transact, or share information. It matters to investors because platforms often scale by facilitating many interactions rather than producing goods themselves, generating network effects (the more users, the more valuable the platform), recurring revenue, and data advantages that can drive growth and competitive strength.
