6 terms
american depositary shares financial
"Holders of the Company’s American depositary shares (“ADSs”) as of the close"
American depositary shares (ADSs) are a way for investors in the United States to buy shares of foreign companies without dealing with international markets directly. They represent ownership in a foreign company's stock and are traded on U.S. stock exchanges, making it easier for American investors to buy, sell, and own parts of companies from around the world.
form 20-f regulatory
"The Company has filed its annual report on Form 20-F"
Form 20-F is the standardized annual disclosure that non-U.S. companies must file with the U.S. securities regulator when their shares are traded in the U.S.; it contains audited financial statements, a plain-language description of the business, management discussion, governance details and key risk factors. It matters to investors because it provides a consistent, comparable company “report card” and rulebook, helping buyers assess financial health, governance and risks before investing.
bispecific antibody medical
"a Claudin 18.2 × 4-1BB bispecific antibody"
A bispecific antibody is a specially designed protein that can attach to two different targets at the same time. Think of it as a custom-made connector that brings two things together—such as a disease cell and an immune system component—helping the body fight illnesses more effectively. For investors, understanding bispecific antibodies is important because they represent innovative therapies that could lead to new treatments and potentially lucrative market opportunities.
4-1bb medical
"Claudin 18.2 × 4-1BB bispecific antibody"
4-1BB is a protein on certain white blood cells that acts like an accelerator pedal, boosting the activity, survival and memory of immune cells when they encounter disease. It matters to investors because drugs that stimulate or dampen 4-1BB can dramatically change treatment effectiveness for cancers and immune disorders; clinical trial outcomes, safety signals and regulatory decisions around such therapies can therefore swing a biotech company's value.
vegf-a medical
"VIS-101 targets VEGF-A and ANG-2"
VEGF-A is a naturally occurring protein that acts like a growth signal for new blood vessels, helping tissues develop or repair their blood supply. It matters to investors because many drugs and diagnostics target or measure VEGF-A to treat conditions such as cancers and eye diseases, so changes in clinical trial results, regulatory decisions, or new therapies related to VEGF-A can directly affect the value and prospects of companies developing those treatments.
ang-2 medical
"VIS-101 targets VEGF-A and ANG-2"
Ang-2 (angiopoietin-2) is a naturally occurring protein that helps control how blood vessels form, grow and leak by acting like a thermostat for vessel stability. Investors care because changes in Ang-2 levels are used as a biomarker in drug development and disease diagnosis—affecting clinical trial outcomes, regulatory decisions, and the commercial potential of therapies targeting blood vessel-related conditions, much like a warning light that guides treatment strategy and market value.

About NovaBridge Biosciences

NovaBridge is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company advancing innovative medicines for areas of significant unmet need. The Company combines deep business development expertise with agile translational clinical development to identify, accelerate, and advance breakthrough assets, enabling transformative therapies to progress rapidly from discovery toward patients in need.

The Company’s differentiated pipeline is led by givastomig, a potential first-in-class Claudin 18.2-Targeted Immuno Amplifier (CTIA) — a Claudin 18.2 × 4-1BB bispecific antibody — and VIS-101, a purpose-designed, potential best-in-class dual VEGF-A × ANG-2 inhibitor.

Givastomig conditionally activates T cells via the 4-1BB signaling pathway in the tumor microenvironment where Claudin 18.2 is expressed, and is being developed to treat Claudin 18.2-positive gastric cancer and other gastrointestinal malignancies. It is being evaluated in a global, randomized Phase 2 study, following positive topline results from a Phase 1b, multicenter, open-label study in first-line gastric cancer. NovaBridge is also collaborating with its partner, ABL Bio, on ragistomig, a bispecific antibody combining PD-L1 as a tumor engager with 4-1BB as a conditional T-cell activator, in solid tumors. In addition, NovaBridge holds worldwide rights outside of China to uliledlimab, an anti-CD73 antibody targeting adenosine-driven immunosuppression in cancer.

VIS-101 targets VEGF-A and ANG-2 to provide more rapid, robust, and durable treatment responses for patients with retinal vascular diseases, including wet age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, and retinal vein occlusion. It has completed a randomized, dose-ranging Phase 2a study in wet AMD and expects to initiate a dose-determining Phase 2b study in the second half of 2026. NovaBridge is the majority shareholder of Visara, Inc., which controls global rights to VIS-101 outside of Greater China and certain countries in Asia.
