Newtek Merchant Solutions Obtains Term Facility and Line of Credit from Goldman Sachs Alternatives
NewtekOne (NASDAQ: NEWT) announced that its subsidiary, Newtek Merchant Solutions (NMS), has secured significant refinancing through Goldman Sachs Alternatives. The new financing package includes a $90 million term loan facility and a $5 million line of credit.
The proceeds were used to fully repay NMS's existing $30 million term debt with another lender and eliminate a $10 million undrawn line of credit. The additional funding will be used to fund company loans, reduce outstanding unsecured senior debt, and support general corporate purposes.
