"The Nanox.ARC is a multi-source digital tomosynthesis system that makes 3D imaging..."
A medical imaging method that takes multiple low-dose X-ray pictures from different angles and combines them into thin 'slices' of a body part, like slicing a loaf of bread to see interior layers rather than one flat cut. For investors, it matters because the technology can improve diagnostic accuracy and workflow in hospitals and clinics, influencing device sales, reimbursement decisions, competitive positioning, and the pace at which healthcare providers adopt new equipment.

Regulatory approvals are official permissions from government agencies that a company needs before launching a new product, service, or business activity. They matter because without this approval, the company might not be allowed to operate legally or sell its products, similar to how a driver needs a license to legally drive a car.

Intec will also manage demonstration activities, clinical evaluations with leading radiologists, participation in national medical congresses, and the operation of local workshops and showroom-based training programs.

“We are building momentum in Latin America through this exclusive agreement with Intec SRL in Argentina,” said Erez Meltzer, CEO and Acting Chairman of Nanox. “Our strategy centers on expanding access to cost-effective imaging solutions through established regional partners. Argentina represents an important step in our Latin American expansion as we continue to bring the Nanox.ARC to new markets.”

Together, we aim to support broader access to advanced 3D imaging across Argentina.”

Commercialization of the Nanox.ARC system in Argentina will be subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
