Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Nano-X Imaging Ltd. (NNOX) expects preliminary, unaudited third-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $4.3–$4.4 million, compared with $3.4 million in third-quarter 2025. Teleradiology revenue was approximately $3.1 million in both periods; imaging-system sales, deployment and OEM services were approximately $0.3 million versus $0.2 million, while AI and software revenue was $1.0 million versus $0.1 million. The company attributed the AI and software increase mainly to consolidation of Vaso Healthcare IT Inc., now Nanox Health IT Inc.

Nanox AI entered a distribution agreement with Technologic s., an affiliate of Tecnologie Avanzate, to commercialize its Bone Solution in Italy; Nanox.ARC X was selected as one of TIME’s Best Inventions of 2026. Cash, cash equivalents, short-term deposits and long-term restricted deposits were expected to total approximately $26.0 million as of September 30, 2026, versus $60.0 million as of December 31, 2025. Nanox said this balance was insufficient to support current operating plans for at least one year from October 16, 2026, raising substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. The preliminary figures remain subject to closing procedures, adjustments and review; the independent auditor has not audited or reviewed them.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Filing Explained

This filing incorporates its press release, including the preliminary results and going-concern disclosure, into the company’s effective F-3 registration statement and two prospectus supplements.

Preliminary revenue Approximately $4.3–$4.4 million Three months ended September 30, 2026; $3.4 million in the corresponding 2025 period
Teleradiology revenue Approximately $3.1 million Three months ended September 30, 2026, and corresponding 2025 period
Imaging-system sales, deployment and OEM services revenue Approximately $0.3 million Three months ended September 30, 2026; approximately $0.2 million in the corresponding 2025 period
AI and software revenue $1.0 million Three months ended September 30, 2026; $0.1 million in the corresponding 2025 period
Cash, cash equivalents, short-term deposits and long-term restricted deposits Approximately $26.0 million Expected as of September 30, 2026
Cash, cash equivalents, short-term deposits and long-term restricted deposits $60.0 million As of December 31, 2025
teleradiology services medical
"revenue through teleradiology services"
Teleradiology services provide remote reading and interpretation of medical images—such as X-rays, CT scans and MRIs—by licensed radiologists using secure digital networks. For investors, these services matter because they can scale like a cloud business, lower hospitals’ costs and speed diagnosis across locations, which can boost recurring revenue, expand market reach and raise questions about data security, regulation and reimbursement that affect profitability.
OEM services technical
"imaging systems and OEM services"
restricted deposits financial
"long-term restricted deposits"
going concern financial
"ability to continue as a going concern"
Going concern is the accounting assumption that a company will keep operating and meeting its obligations for the foreseeable future. The phrase matters most when a company or its auditors disclose substantial doubt about it, a formal warning that the business may not have enough resources to continue without raising money, restructuring, or selling assets. That language in a filing or press release signals elevated financial risk.
