With 30+ years of real estate investment experience and 25+ years in the data center sector, Menlo Digital builds on Menlo Equities' legacy of executing complex, high-value projects across the United States. The new platform focuses exclusively on the acquisition, development, and operation of mission critical digital infrastructure to meet the accelerating demands of hyperscalers, AI platforms, colocation and interconnection providers, and enterprise users.
