Client adoption demonstrates the value of combining enterprise-grade technology with Insperity HR expertise and service

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Insperity, Inc. (NYSE: NSP), a leading provider of human resources and business performance solutions, today announced continued progress for the Insperity HRScale™ solution, extending the reach of Workday technology by combining it with Insperity’s full-service professional employer organization (PEO) offering for rapidly growing and midsized businesses. Since becoming generally available earlier this year, early adopter clients have experienced the benefits of Insperity HRScale’s combined approach to achieve faster, more cost-effective implementations while modernizing HR, payroll and workforce management.

The need for this integrated approach is reinforced by new research from 3Sixty Insights. The firm found that only 13% of organizations reported fully using most or all their Human Capital Management (HCM) platform capabilities, while just 12% considered themselves sophisticated HCM users. As a result, 49% of companies say they would pay more for better provider support. These findings align with 3Sixty Insights' analysis of Insperity HRScale and the importance of pairing technology with expert guidance to maximize HCM value.

“Middle-market organizations are not simply looking for access to more capable technology; they need the expertise and ongoing support to turn it into business value,” said Nicholas W.J. Biron, 3Sixty Insights' chief executive and research officer. “Insperity HRScale addresses that gap with a combination of technology, process and human support that can help organizations improve efficiency, manage complexity and continue to scale.”

The research also found that companies using a service-enabled HCM platform report 10-15% fewer incidents on average than everyone else, particularly in performance management and benefits administration.

“For 40 years, Insperity has evolved alongside the needs of growing businesses, continually enhancing how we help support organizations through growth with a strong people strategy,” said Paul Sarvadi, Insperity’s chairman and chief executive officer. “HRScale combines a powerful HCM technology and Insperity’s proven service experience to help clients address today’s HR demands with greater efficiency and insight.”

professional employer organization (peo) technical
A professional employer organization (PEO) is a firm that handles payroll, benefits, tax filings, workers’ compensation and other human-resources tasks for multiple client companies by forming a shared employment arrangement. Think of it as outsourcing an entire HR department so small or growing businesses can focus on operations while the PEO takes on day-to-day hiring, compliance and benefit administration. For investors, a PEO affects a company’s cost structure, legal risk, employee retention and scalability, which can influence profitability and cash flow.
