These agreements extend the strong partnership between the two companies. Universal Display Corporation will continue to supply its proprietary UniversalPHOLED phosphorescent OLED materials and technology to BOE Technology for use in its OLED displays through its wholly-owned subsidiary UDC Ireland Limited.
