Park Dental Partners, Inc. Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering

MINNEAPOLIS & ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Park Dental Partners, Inc. (“Park Dental Partners” or the “Company”), today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 1,535,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $13.00 per share. The shares of common stock began trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market on December 3, 2025, under the symbol “PARK.”

Park Dental Partners received aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $20 million from the initial public offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. In addition, Park Dental Partners has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 230,250 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, and has issued to Northland Capital Markets, as representative for the underwriters, a warrant to purchase up to a total of 6% of the total shares of common stock sold in the offering at a price equal to 120% of the public offering price, exercisable during the four and one-half year period commending 180 days from the closing of the offering.

Northland Capital Markets and Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
