NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pagaya Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: PGY) (“Pagaya”), a global technology company delivering AI-driven product solutions for the financial ecosystem, today announced the closing of a $600 million AAA-rated personal loan ABS transaction (PAID 2026-6).

“We achieved tighter pricing on this transaction relative to recent deals, which reflects strong investor confidence in Pagaya's credit performance and underwriting platform," said Sahil Chandiramani, Head of Capital Markets at Pagaya. “As we evolve our funding model, we're balancing programmatic syndicated issuance with new products, including private revolving structures and warehouse lines. A diversified funding strategy gives us more flexibility and reduces reliance on any single channel—allowing us to scale efficiently in all market environments."

Forty-seven unique investors participated, including three new investors to Pagaya’s broader ABS platform. The deal brings Pagaya’s year-to-date personal loan ABS issuance to over $6 billion and Pagaya’s total issuance this year to over $9 billion, both marking records for the company.

Key Terms

machine learning technical
Machine learning is a set of computer programs that learn patterns from large amounts of data and improve their predictions or decisions over time, like a recipe that gets better each time it’s adjusted based on taste tests. For investors it matters because these systems can speed up analysis, spot trends or risks humans might miss, automate routine work, and potentially create competitive advantages or cost savings that affect a company’s performance.

api technical
An API, or Application Programming Interface, is a set of rules that allows different software programs to communicate and work together smoothly, much like a waiter translating your order into the kitchen and then bringing your meal back. For investors, APIs are important because they enable real-time access to financial data, trading systems, and other digital services, making it easier to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently.
warehouse lines financial
Warehouse lines are short-term loans that lenders use to temporarily fund new loans or inventory until those assets are sold or packaged into longer-term financing. Think of it as a store credit card that a business uses to pay suppliers while it waits to sell the goods; for investors, these lines matter because they determine how quickly and cheaply a lender can grow, affect the lender’s leverage and liquidity, and can signal potential credit or funding stress if they are reduced or withdrawn.
