5 terms
framework supply agreement financial
"in accordance with the framework supply agreement, focused on protecting"
A framework supply agreement is a long-term contract that sets the general terms, prices, quantities or procedures for future purchases between a buyer and a supplier without committing to a single delivery. Think of it like a standing shopping list and price sheet that lets the buyer order as needed under agreed conditions; it matters to investors because it signals predictable revenue or cost visibility, reduced procurement risk, and potential volume or pricing stability for the parties involved.
command-and-control systems technical
"installation of its AI and ML-powered detection and command-and-control systems"
A command-and-control system is a network of hardware, software and procedures that lets managers or operators monitor assets, send instructions, and coordinate actions across machines, teams or facilities—like a central traffic control that directs vehicles and responds to problems. Investors watch these systems because they affect a business’s efficiency, safety and compliance risk: stronger control systems can lower operating costs, reduce downtime and limit regulatory or cybersecurity liabilities, while weaknesses can harm revenue and valuation.
business intelligence-enabled technical
"AI, ML and business intelligence-enabled alert stations capable of detecting"
Business intelligence-enabled describes tools, systems or processes that gather and analyze a company’s data to produce clear, actionable insights for managers — like turning a messy drawer of receipts into a tidy spreadsheet that highlights where money is actually being spent. Investors care because these capabilities can improve forecasting, boost efficiency and surface risks earlier, making a company’s performance more transparent and its future prospects easier to judge.
going concern qualification financial
"The Company’s going concern qualification;"
An auditor's warning in a company’s financial report that there is serious doubt the business can keep operating for the foreseeable future (usually the next 12 months). It matters to investors because it flags a higher risk of bankruptcy, asset losses or major restructuring—similar to a mechanic saying a car may not make it through the season—so shareholders and lenders may reassess value, lending terms or whether to stay invested.
continued listing standards regulatory
"may not regain compliance with the NYSE American continued listing standards"
Ongoing rules a stock exchange requires a listed company to meet to keep its shares trading publicly, such as minimum share price, market value, timely financial reports, and governance practices. Think of it as a membership checklist for a club: falling short can lead to warnings or removal from the exchange, which can sharply reduce liquidity, investor confidence, and a stock’s value. Investors watch these standards to gauge regulatory risk and the stability of their holdings.

NETANYA, Israel, July 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BiomX Inc. (NYSE American: PHGE) (“BiomX” or the “Company”), announced today following its April 16, 2026 announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zorronet has commenced supply and installation of its AI and ML-powered detection and command-and-control systems on sections of the Israel Railways network, in accordance with the framework supply agreement, focused on protecting wildlife and safeguarding national infrastructure.

Zorronet provides and installs AI, ML and business intelligence-enabled alert stations capable of detecting and deterring animals and humans, including ongoing maintenance and 24/7 service center operations. The initial phase covers 4 segments, with additional segments expected to be implemented.

The system, which combines different feed sources and AI, detects the approach of humans and animals near the tracks, assesses risk levels and behavioral patterns, and triggers alerts and automated responses based on such behavior and species. It was adapted to Israel Railways’ operational requirements in collaboration with its innovation division, including approximate predictive analysis and operations.

This week, Israel Railways opened a new eastern line, further expanding the national rail network and creating additional potential opportunities for future deployment and deeper collaboration between the companies.

“We are pleased to advance to the operational phase with Israel Railways,” said Idan Wasserman, CEO of Zorronet. “Over the past year we successfully completed a large-scale pilot, achieving a 98% success rate in keeping large animals off the railway tracks and 0 related collisions during that period. We are now moving forward with installation and operation and look forward to strengthening cooperation as Israel Railways continues to develop its infrastructure, including with new human-related risks.”
