Phunware (NASDAQ: PHUN) announced that Jeremy Krol has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective October 22, 2025.
Krol joined Phunware in June 2024, served as COO, and has been Interim Chief Executive Officer since July 2025; he will continue as Interim CEO while joining the board.
