Mr. Pinkham will serve on the Company’s Audit and Finance Committee.

With decades of leadership experience in the industrial manufacturing, electrical equipment and power management industries, Mr. Pinkham most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Regal Rexnord Corporation, a global leader in the engineering and manufacturing of electric motors, automation systems and power transmission components and its predecessor Regal Beloit, from 2019 to 2026.

During his tenure as CEO of Regal Rexnord Corporation, Mr. Pinkham led the formation of Regal Rexnord through the combination of Regal Beloit and Rexnord’s Process & Motion Control and the company’s transformation, including through the acquisition of Altra Industrial Motion Corp. Prior to Regal Rexnord, Mr. Pinkham held senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Crane Co. and Eaton Corporation. He currently serves on the board of Jacobs Solutions Inc. as the Lead Independent Director and a director of the University of Chicago Medical Center.
