Vengalil brings nearly two decades of financial and strategic leadership experience from high-growth SaaS, fintech, and AI-driven companies, guiding companies through complex market landscapes and driving clarity and discipline in financial operations.

Vengalil joins Pipedrive from Trax Retail, a leader in AI image recognition software for consumer packaged goods companies, where he has served as CFO since 2022. He also sits on the board of Porch Group (NASDAQ: PRCH) and chairs its M&A Committee. Previously, he was CFO of Metromile (acquired by Lemonade), held multiple senior roles at Expedia Group, including CFO of Egencia, and led strategy, M&A, and business operations at LendingClub. Earlier in his career, he led teams advising companies on growth strategy at McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA and a BS in Finance, both earned with honors, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

In his new role at Pipedrive, Vengalil will oversee Pipedrive’s global Finance organization, covering payments, pricing, corporate strategy, and legal operations, as the company expands its AI-native product capabilities and advances its long-term growth plans.
