(OTCQX: PSBQ), parent company of Peoples State Bank, is pleased to announce that on March 17, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable April 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of April 10, 2026. The annualized current dividend represents a 6% increase from the cumulative semi-annual dividends paid in 2025. The current dividend continues a 61-year tradition of cash dividends to PSB shareholders including 33 consecutive years of increased cash dividends declared per share.
