Paramount Skydance (PSKY) extended its cash tender and debt exchange offers for Warner Bros. Discovery issuers’ notes to October 6, 2026. The offers expire at 5:00 p.m. New York City time unless extended again. The tender offers seek to buy specified Discovery Global Holdings and Discovery Communications notes for cash; the exchange offers seek to swap other notes from those issuers for newly issued Paramount Skydance notes.

As of 5:00 p.m. New York City time on September 25, approximately 67.33% of eligible tender-offer principal and 74.88% of eligible exchange-offer principal had been validly tendered. The company does not view these figures as representative of final results. Settlement is currently anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026, promptly after expiration. Paramount Skydance expects to keep extending the offers so settlement occurs on or promptly after its proposed Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition closes. Holders may withdraw tendered notes before expiration. The company also modified certain terms of its new notes to align with expected terms of a separately planned debt offering.
