Sculptor Resets and Upsizes $450 Million CLO XXXIII
The transaction required no additional equity and followed a separate €400 million European CLO reset earlier in September.
The reset establishes a new five-year reinvestment period and a two-year non-call period. Sculptor completed the transaction without requiring additional equity, supported by approximately 50 basis points of par build generated in the portfolio over the past two years.
