NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE:RL) today reported first-year progress against Timeless by Design 2030, the Company’s current phase of its Global Citizenship & Sustainability (GC&S) strategy, announced in March 2026. Details of Ralph Lauren’s progress can be found on its corporate website and within its annual GC&S Report, which is focused on topics material to Ralph Lauren’s operations.

Guided by its Purpose — to inspire the dream of a better life through authenticity and timeless style — Ralph Lauren’s longstanding approach to citizenship and sustainability is focused on priorities that support the wellbeing of its employees and partners, the resilience of the communities it serves and the quality and longevity of its iconic products — all foundational to the Company’s long-term success. Timeless by Design 2030 continues this work across four pillars: Partner for Impact, which is focused on strengthening industry collaboration; Protect Natural Resources, aimed at reducing the impact of materials and production processes; Engage & Enable Teams, detailing the Company’s programs that define the employee experience; and Care for Communities, guiding Ralph Lauren’s philanthropic efforts.

In the first year of executing against the Timeless by Design 2030 strategy, the Company advanced several priority areas, including:

  • Partner for Impact:
    • Advancing Ralph Lauren’s industry-leading Design with Intent initiative with three integrated seasonal collections within Polo Ralph Lauren and Ralph Lauren Home and the expansion of the Company’s roster of Authentic Makers
    • Decreasing absolute emissions by 42% from the FY20 base year
  • Protect Natural Resources:
    • Increasing the use of regeneratively grown cotton and expanding initiatives to recycle its cotton waste into new textile yarns
  • Engage & Enable Teams:
    • Exceeding the high-performing norm in engagement and enablement scores in the Global Employee Annual Survey, reflecting Ralph Lauren’s commitment to the growth, success and wellbeing of its teams
  • Care for Communities:

As part of Timeless by Design 2030, the Company has also introduced new initiatives to achieve goals across several impact areas. In FY26, Ralph Lauren established a sourcing partnership that supports American cotton farmers using regenerative practices, expanded collaborative efforts to recycle its cotton waste into new yarns and embedded its freshwater reduction goal into the Company’s supplier engagement strategy to promote more efficient water management practices throughout its supply chain.
