Dublin, California, June 22, 2023 – dd's DISCOUNTS^®, a division of Ross Stores, will open a new store in Cheltenham on June 24, 2023.  The 20,000 square foot store is located in the Greenleaf at Cheltenham Shopping Center, at the northwest corner of Cheltenham Avenue and State Route 2056 / Washington Lane.
