Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

XCF Global (Nasdaq:SAFX) announced more than $12 million in September gross product sales from renewable diesel at its New Rise Renewables Reno facility.

September shipments totaled approximately 1.4 million gallons. Daily production reached approximately 85,000 gallons by the end of September, following an increase in daily production and sales from approximately 50,000 to more than 70,000 gallons in August. The facility's permitted daily production capacity is 105,000–110,000 gallons.

The September activity followed the facility's restart earlier this year and included expanded customer contracts. Gross product sales is a management estimate of finished renewable fuel sales value in end-customer markets, including government incentives; it should not be treated as an alternative to GAAP revenue or net income.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

non-gaap financial
"This earnings release contains non-GAAP"
Non-GAAP refers to financial measures that companies use to show their earnings or performance without including certain expenses or income that are often added back to give a different picture. It matters because it can make a company's results look better or more favorable, but it may also hide important costs, so investors need to look at both GAAP (official rules) and non-GAAP numbers to get a full understanding.
View in glossary
sec regulation g regulatory
"as defined by SEC Regulation G"
SEC Regulation G requires public companies to disclose and clearly explain any financial measures they present that fall outside standard accounting rules (GAAP). When a company shows a non‑GAAP number, the rule obliges it to provide the most directly comparable GAAP figure and a detailed reconciliation so investors can see exactly how the number was derived. This matters because it prevents companies from presenting modified figures that could paint a misleading picture, letting investors compare results the same way you’d compare a recipe’s original ingredient list to a customized version.
u.s. gaap financial
"measures are not measures of financial performance under U.S. GAAP"
U.S. GAAP is a set of rules and standards that companies in the United States follow to prepare their financial reports. It helps ensure that financial information is consistent and clear, so investors and others can compare and understand a company's financial health easily.

"Item 10(e)(1)(i)(B) of Regulation S-K"
A set of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rules that tell public companies which narrative and qualitative details must be disclosed in filings, such as risk factors, management discussion, executive pay, legal proceedings and business description. Think of it as a standardized checklist or blueprint that ensures investors get the same types of background information from every company so they can compare risks, management quality and strategy before making investment decisions.

HOUSTON, TX / ACCESS Newswire / October 13, 2026 / XCF Global Inc. ("XCF") (Nasdaq:SAFX), a growing U.S.-based producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel ("SAF"), today announced September gross product sales of more than $12 million from renewable diesel, driven by increasing production and expanding commercial contracts and shipments of approximately 1.4 million gallons from XCF's New Rise Renewables Reno facility.

September results reflect continued commercial and operational execution following the successful restart of the facility earlier this year, including increases in commercial sales activity, expanded customer contracts, product shipments and corresponding gross product sales generated from fuel sales, government incentives and renewable attributes.

"The momentum we are building at New Rise Renewables Reno is about more than the month's performance," said Chris Cooper, Chief Executive Officer of XCF Global. "We believe it reflects repeatable and sustainable commercial operations, with higher production supporting increased shipments and product sales as we continue scaling New Rise Renewables Reno."

This performance builds on the Company's previously reported August results and reflects continued progress at the New Rise Renewables Reno facility. After increasing daily production and sales from approximately 50,000 gallons per day to more than 70,000 gallons per day in August, XCF increased daily production to ~85,000 gallons per day by the end of September and shipped approximately 1.4 million gallons of renewable diesel.

The Company believes its September performance further demonstrates its ability to convert increased production into product sales. At approximately 85,000 gallons per day, daily production is approaching the facility's permitted nameplate capacity of 105,000 - 110,000 gallons per day, or ~38 -40 million gallons per year.

Non-GAAP Measures Definitions & Reconciliations

This earnings release contains non-GAAP (accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America) financial measures as defined by SEC Regulation G and indicated by a footnote in the text of this release. Definitions for the non-GAAP measures are provided below. Management believes these non-GAAP measures are a useful supplemental measure of operating performance because they eliminate the effects of financing and capital structure, tax jurisdictions, and non-cash depreciation and amortization expenses. However, these non-GAAP measures are not measures of financial performance under U.S. GAAP and should not be considered as an alternative to revenue or net income (loss) or any other measure of performance derived in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

Because not all companies use identical definitions or calculations, our presentation of these measures may not be comparable to similarly titled measures of other companies. In reliance upon Item 10(e)(1)(i)(B) of Regulation S-K, reconciliations of forward-looking GAAP and non-GAAP measures are not provided because of the unreasonable effort associated with providing such reconciliations due to the variability in the occurrence and the amounts of certain components of GAAP and non-GAAP measures. For the same reasons, we are unable to address the significance of the unavailable information, which could be material to future results.

Gross product sales is a management estimate of the dollar value of the finished renewable fuel product sales in the end-customer markets. XCF believes that this is an important and relevant metric regarding the sales value of the company's products when comparing XCF to other companies. Management defines this as the number of gallons of renewable fuel sold by the Company during a period multiplied by the average observed or derived price in the end-customer market for each product during a period, including government incentives, feedstock, processing and logistics.
