prospectus regulatory
"the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission has approved today the Company’s prospectus for the admission to trading"
A prospectus is a detailed document that explains a company's plans for offering new shares or investments to the public. It’s important because it provides potential investors with key information about the company’s business, risks, and how they might make money, helping them decide whether to invest. Think of it as a guidebook for understanding what you're buying into.
dual listing financial
"all listing requirements for a dual listing of Safe Bulkers’ shares of common stock on the Main Market of Euronext Athens"
A dual listing is when a company makes the same shares available on two different stock exchanges, often in different countries, so investors can buy and sell the same ownership stake in more than one market—like a shop opening branches in two cities that sell the same product. It matters to investors because it can widen the pool of buyers, make shares easier to trade, expose the stock to different currencies and rules, and create price differences or arbitrage opportunities that affect returns and risk.

regulated securities market regulatory
"on the Main Market of the Regulated Securities Market of Euronext Athens"
A regulated securities market is a trading venue—such as a stock exchange or an electronic platform—where buying and selling of stocks, bonds and other investment instruments is overseen by government or independent regulators enforcing rules on transparency, fairness and record‑keeping. It matters to investors because those rules reduce the chance of fraud, ensure prices reflect real supply and demand, and make it easier to buy or sell holdings—like shopping in a market with price tags and consumer protections.
isin code technical
"expects trading to commence on June 2, 2026 under the Euronext ticker symbol “SB” and ISIN code: MHY7388L1039"
An ISIN code is a unique identifier for a specific financial asset, like a stock or bond, similar to a product's barcode. It helps investors, traders, and banks quickly and accurately find and track that asset across different markets worldwide. This makes buying, selling, and managing investments more organized and reliable.
