BOSTON, Aug. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: STAG) announced today that it has received an investment grade rating from S&P Global Ratings ("S&P"). S&P assigned a rating of 'BBB' to STAG Industrial Operating Partnership, L.P. with a stable outlook. The Company also maintains an investment grade rating of 'BBB' with a stable outlook from Fitch Ratings and an investment grade rating of 'Baa2' with a stable outlook from Moody's Ratings.
