Stewart Announces New Head of National Commercial Services

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE:STC) today announced that Erin Sheckler has been promoted to the role of Head of National Commercial Services, reporting up through Steve Lessack, Group President.

Sheckler has been with Stewart for three years as Senior Division President for the Pacific Northwest, responsible for managing and overseeing the direct operations strategy and growth in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Prior to joining Stewart, Sheckler was Senior Vice President of National Commercial Services for WFG National Title Insurance Company.

“Before Erin came to us, she was integral to the growth and development of commercial services and underwriting in her previous roles,” said Lessack. “As our national commercial presence continues to see steady growth post-pandemic, it requires a leader with strategic and mindful direction. Sheckler earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations & Business/Finance from Western Washington University, and her Juris Doctris, Cum Laude, from Seattle University School of Law.
