(NYSE AMERICAN: STRW) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock in the amount of $0.16 per share (the “Dividend”). The Dividend will be payable in cash on March 31, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 17, 2026.

The Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST.
