TJ Park joins from the Tokyo office of the global law firm Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he gained extensive experience as a capital markets and corporate attorney. At the firm, his practice focused on cross-border capital markets, public company advisory and corporate governance, through which he supported a wide range of global clients. He possesses deep expertise in U.S. legal matters and has a distinguished track record in international capital markets. Mr. Park received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and holds B.A. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Park has also studied abroad at Tsinghua University School of Law in Beijing.

Naoko Okumoto is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with two decades of experience in tech investment, cross-border business development and strategic partnership management.
