SWORDS, Ireland--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT), a global climate innovator, announced that it has completed the acquisition of LiquidStack, a global leader in liquid cooling technology for data centers, headquartered in Carrollton, Texas. The acquisition was previously announced on February 10, 2026.

The acquisition further strengthens Trane Technologies’ position as a full‑service provider of advanced, sustainable thermal management solutions for mission critical operations, and unlocks new opportunities to scale LiquidStack’s innovative technology globally.
