(NYSE:TX) announced today that its board of directors convened the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. CET at Ternium S.A.'s registered office located at 26, Boulevard Royal, 4th Floor, L-2449 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
