For the fifth consecutive year, Unisys was recognized by global analyst firm for strengths in AI, server-centric services and cognitive service desk capabilities

BLUE BELL, Pa., May 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Unisys (NYSE: UIS) has been named a leader in the 2025 Cognitive & Self-Healing IT Infrastructure Management report, by global analyst firm NelsonHall's Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT). The report also highlights how Unisys plans to invest in AI capabilities, IP, talent, and reskilling that will expand its cognitive and self-healing IT infrastructure management service capabilities.

The NEAT analyzes the performance of vendors offering cognitive and self-healing IT infrastructure management services, allowing strategic sourcing managers to assess vendors' capabilities across various criteria and business situations. The report also helps identify the best-performing vendors and those with specific capabilities in server-centric services and cognitive service desk.

"We are honored to once again be recognized by NelsonHall for driving tangible results for our clients at all stages of their IT management journey," said Manju Naglapur, senior vice president and general manager, Cloud, Applications & Infrastructure Solutions, Unisys. • Cybersecurity capabilities, including zero trust readiness assessments, attack surface discovery, cyber recovery and resiliency, managed digital identity, detection and response, and threat and forensic analysis.

"Unisys is focused on achieving client business outcomes through its AI-enabled consulting and advisory services to support clients' transition to an AI-ready enterprise," said John Laherty, senior research analyst at NelsonHall. "This includes its framework for developing, deploying, and operating AI systems, including industry-specific use cases.
