PHOENIX, June 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Technical Institute (UTI), the transportation, skilled trades, electrical, and energy education division of Universal Technical Institute, Inc., today announced that FirstCall Mechanical, a leading provider of HVACR services to commercial and industrial sectors, has joined its Early Employment Program (EEP).

As part of the early employment program, participating employers may offer 20 to 30 hours of paid work experience, consideration for full-time employment, and reimbursement for education-related expenses after graduation. EEP participants will be considered for full-time employment with FirstCall Mechanical upon graduation. The company offers up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement distributed over five years of employment, tool reimbursement, relocation assistance, and access to professional development opportunities through the FirstCall Academy, LEAP, and the FirstCall Progression Program. Graduates from any of UTI's HVACR programs hired by FirstCall Mechanical are also eligible for their tuition reimbursement program.
