(NYSE: VHI) reported a net loss attributable to Valhi stockholders of $53.2 million, or $1.86 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to net income of $22.8 million, or $.80 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2024. For the full year of 2025, Valhi reported a net loss attributable to Valhi stockholders of $57.6 million, or $2.02 per share, compared to net income of $108.0 million, or $3.79 per share, for the full year of 2024.
