Verizon (NYSE: VZ) has announced plans to establish its new Manhattan headquarters at PENN 2, Vornado Realty Trust's reimagined office tower in THE PENN DISTRICT. The company has signed a long-term lease for over 195,000 square feet of office space, which will house approximately 1,000 corporate employees starting in 2026.
The new headquarters, located above Penn Station, will feature exclusive access to 25,000 square feet of outdoor space within The Bustle. Verizon will maintain its major corporate campuses in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and Irving, Texas. The company will also open a new flagship retail store on Seventh Avenue, adding to its network of over 400 retail locations across NYC's five boroughs, where it currently employs nearly 6,000 people in various capacities.
