(Nasdaq: XHLD) (the "Company"), through its subsidiary, Ten Events, Inc., a provider of event planning, production, and broadcasting services, today said it intends to deploy the net proceeds from its recently completed $7.5 million offering to accelerate execution of the Company's long-term strategy of investing in vital strategic priorities designed to accelerate growth and improve shareholder value.

These priorities, said Chairman, CEO and CFO Virgilio Torres, will include the following:
