XTI Aerospace Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results

Gross margin declined despite higher supplemental combined revenue, while XTI expects positive operating cash flow in the fourth quarter.

Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Key Terms

asset-based credit facility, pro forma, discontinued operations, warrant liability, +1 more
5 terms
asset-based credit facility financial
"The Company's outlook assumes, among other things, continued access to its asset-based credit facility"
A credit line that a lender extends to a company using the company’s tangible assets — such as accounts receivable, inventory, or equipment — as collateral; the amount the company can borrow rises and falls with the value of those assets. Think of it like a business version of a home equity line where unpaid invoices or stock on shelves serve as the lender’s security. Investors care because it affects a company’s ability to meet short-term obligations and grow: availability can signal healthy cash flow, while heavy reliance or tight terms can indicate financial strain and raise the risk that lenders could seize pledged assets.
pro forma financial
"not “pro forma” financial information as that term is used in Article 11 of Regulation S-X"
Pro forma refers to financial information that is prepared based on estimates or adjustments to show what a company's results might look like under certain scenarios, such as new projects or acquisitions. It helps investors understand the potential impact of future events by providing a clear, hypothetical view of financial performance, much like a weather forecast shows possible future conditions.
discontinued operations financial
"Inpixon results excluded and reflected in discontinued operations"
Discontinued operations are parts of a company that it has decided to sell or shut down, and no longer plans to run in the future. This matters to investors because it helps them understand which parts of the business are ongoing and which are being phased out, providing a clearer picture of the company’s current performance and future prospects. Think of it like a store closing a department—it no longer contributes to sales or profits.
warrant liability financial
"Change in fair value of warrant liability"
Warrant liability is the financial obligation a company records when it grants warrants—special options giving the holder the right to buy company shares at a set price in the future. It matters to investors because changes in this liability can affect a company's reported earnings and overall financial health, similar to how a pending contract can influence a company's future value.
unmanned aircraft systems technical
"the growing unmanned aircraft systems (“UAS”) industry"
Unmanned aircraft systems are the complete setup that lets a pilot on the ground operate a flying vehicle remotely, including the aircraft itself, the ground controls, communications links, and any cameras or sensors it carries. Think of it as a remote‑controlled delivery truck plus its driver’s console and radio connection. Investors care because these systems create new markets and revenue streams while bringing regulatory, safety and supply‑chain risks that can affect company value.

The unaudited supplemental combined financial information was not prepared in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation S-X and differs from the unaudited pro forma condensed combined financial information included in the Current Report on Form 8-K/A filed with the SEC on February 9, 2026 (the "Pro Forma 8-K Filing"), which was prepared in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation S-X and presented the year ended December 31, 2024 and the nine months ended September 30, 2025, which includes the 2025 periods shown in this press release, but did not present those periods separately. The unaudited supplemental combined financial information was not prepared in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation S-X and is presented for illustrative purposes to assist investors in understanding the operational performance of the combined business, timing and operational impact of the acquisition, and integration of the combined business, and should not be considered a substitute for the pro forma financial information included in the Company's prior filings prepared in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation S-X.

Consequently, the unaudited supplemental combined financial information is intentionally different from, but does not supersede, the pro forma financial information set forth in the Pro Forma 8-K Filing or the pro forma financial information set forth in the Company's most recent annual report on Form 10-K.

In addition, the unaudited supplemental combined financial information does not purport to indicate the results that actually would have been obtained had the companies been operated together during the periods presented, or which may be realized in the future. The unaudited supplemental combined financial information has no impact on XTI's or Drone Nerds' previously reported consolidated balance sheets or statements of operations, cash flows or equity.
