(Nasdaq: ZEO) (“Zeo,” “Zeo Energy,” or the “Company”), a provider of solar and energy storage solutions, today announced it has entered into a Co-Development and Collaboration Agreement ("Agreement") with Fulcrum Point Holdings, LLC ("Fulcrum"), an energy infrastructure development company developing gas, geothermal, and nuclear power projects in the Mountain West.

The Agreement designates Zeo as Fulcrum’s primary source for the design and development of services for short- and long-duration energy storage assets supporting Fulcrum projects. Fulcrum has also selected Zeo as Fulcrum’s primary developer of commercial solar systems for select Fulcrum projects. The Agreement creates a non-exclusive framework for Zeo and Fulcrum to evaluate and jointly develop or otherwise collaborate on power projects. Binding obligations for each future project would only be created through future definitive service or other agreements.

The collaboration is expected to create opportunities for Zeo to deploy the engineering, project-development and long-duration energy storage capabilities it acquired with Heliogen, Inc.
