The $10 price is for a bundle of both Classic FICO® Score and FICO® Score 10T and is available through participating tri-merge reseller partners

BOZEMAN, Mont.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- FICO (NYSE: FICO), global analytics software leader, today announced that it will hold its wholesale mortgage price for the FICO® Score through its tri-merge resellers at $10 for lenders and brokers enrolled in its Preferred Program. The $10 price is for a bundle of both the Classic FICO® Score, the credit score that has served as the industry standard for mortgage lending for nearly three decades, and the FICO® Score 10T, FICO’s modern credit score and the most predictive credit score available to the mortgage industry.

The flat year-over-year pricing will be available to lenders who have committed to FICO through FICO’s participating tri-merge reseller partners, providing lenders access to both Classic FICO® Score and FICO® Score 10T.

“For nearly three decades, FICO has helped lenders make sound risk decisions that support the strength and stability of the U.S. mortgage system,” said Will Lansing, CEO of FICO. “By holding our price at $10 for lenders in our Preferred Program and including both Classic FICO Score and FICO Score 10T, we’re ensuring lenders have access to the trusted and predictive tools they need to assess risk with confidence. Better risk decisions strengthen the mortgage market and help lenders responsibly expand access to credit, helping more Americans achieve the dream of homeownership.”

The Classic FICO® Score has long served as the trusted foundation for credit risk assessment across the U.S. mortgage finance system, supporting its safety and soundness with a consistent, proven measure of risk. It remains the most trusted credit score across the mortgage ecosystem, used by lenders, investors, and the secondary market as a common standard for assessing borrower risk. FICO® Score 10T builds on that foundation as the most predictive credit score available to the mortgage industry, incorporating trended credit bureau data and rental payment information to provide a more precise view of a borrower’s credit risk.
