Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Z Squared Inc. capitalizes on zero legacy debt to scale a 100 MW digital infrastructure footprint while tight credit markets constrain competing high-density data center developments

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Z Squared Inc. (Nasdaq: ZSQR) ("Z Squared" or the "Company") today said that as AI infrastructure projects face growing political, regulatory, and financing headwinds in major markets, demand for capacity is not going away. It is looking for places it can still be built. Z Squared believes its Union County Campus in El Dorado, Arkansas, served by existing utility power in a state open to infrastructure investment, is positioned to benefit.

Data center projects in several markets face new political and regulatory scrutiny over permitting, power use, and who pays for grid upgrades. At the same time, tighter debt markets are raising the cost of financing new capacity. Developers carrying legacy debt are exposed to both.

Z Squared carries no legacy debt. Its Union County Campus is served by Entergy Arkansas under an existing electric service agreement for up to approximately 8 MW on an interruptible basis, which the Company is working to transition into its name, and its development plan targets up to approximately 150 MW of AI-ready capacity over time.

"Where you build is now just as important as what you build," said David Halabu, Chief Executive Officer of Z Squared. "While other markets are anticipated to slow down, we have existing power in a business friendly state that wants this investment and a balance sheet with no legacy debt. Our next milestones are clear: complete the transition of our power service, sign our first tenant, and add capacity step by step. Our shareholders will see us report against each of those milestones as we reach them."
