Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Company engages A2 Advisors to lead site development and leasing strategy. Plan targets up to approximately 150 MW of AI-ready capacity over time.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Z Squared Inc. (Nasdaq: ZSQR) ("Z Squared" or the "Company") today announced that it has begun site planning and preliminary engineering for its Union County Campus in El Dorado, Arkansas. The Company has engaged A2 Advisors to advise on site development, project delivery, vendor and partner alignment, and customer leasing strategy for the campus.

Z Squared acquired the campus through its purchase of Paradox Data, LLC, which closed on September 8, 2026. The site is energized today, with approximately 8 MW of utility power currently available under the site's existing electric service arrangements.

The site plan will provide specific development options covering layout, power and cooling, building footprints, and phasing. Z Squared is designing these options around industry-leading technical requirements supporting the latest AI infrastructure platforms. The Company has obtained this information from multiple prospective tenants, and plans to evaluate specific configurations to maximize the efficiency of the campus.

"Power is the hardest thing to secure in AI infrastructure, and our Union County campus already has it," said David Halabu, Chief Executive Officer of Z Squared. "Our job now is to turn that power into capacity for tenants. We are engineering the campus around the requirements of prospective tenants, and A2 Advisors brings the development expertise and leasing discipline to move those conversations forward."

"Union County is a strategic site that can deliver AI infrastructure capacity at scale," said Andrew Albrecht, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of A2 Advisors. "Our focus is aligning that capacity to meet industry demand."

Over time, the Company's development plan targets up to approximately 150 MW of AI-ready capacity. Capacity above the existing 8 MW is a development target. It is not currently contracted, energized or delivered. Reaching it depends on additional power arrangements, tenant commitments, financing, permitting and construction.
