AEFI Company Profile & Sector Positioning
AMERICAN ECOFUELS (AEFI) operates in the Specialty Business Services industry within the broader Industrials sector and is listed on the OTC Link.
American EcoFuels (OTC: AEFI) has launched its Phase 2 Patent Plan, an intellectual property expansion program targeting its Gas-to-Liquids (GTL) and Coal-to-Liquids (CTL) technology platforms. The plan currently contemplates the preparation and filing of up to 584 additional patent applications across apparatus, method, continuation and claim-development strategies, to be implemented progressively over time and subject to legal and patent office processes.
The initiative builds on an existing portfolio originally developed within Kepler GTL, including at least four issued U.S. patents on systems for producing Sustainable Aviation Fuel, multiple pending U.S. and international applications, and assignment documentation citing 150 GTL-related and 75 CTL-related patent applications. Management views a broad portfolio as a potential strategic asset for future engineering, testing, certification and commercialization.
In corporate reporting, American EcoFuels is nearing completion of a two‑year PCAOB audit and expects, subject to audit completion and final reviews, to file a Form 10 registration statement with the SEC before the end of the third quarter of 2026.
