Company Description

Eastport Critical Metals Corp. develops a portfolio of critical mineral projects in Botswana, with common shares trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under EVIIF and on the TSX Venture Exchange under EVI. The company is focused on exploration and development assets that target copper, rare earth elements, uranium, nickel, cobalt and platinum group elements across several mineral districts in Botswana.

The company's most advanced asset is the Matsitama Copper Project in northeast Botswana. Matsitama includes multiple copper targets across the Matsitama copper district, including the Nakalakwana Hill deposit, also referred to as NAK. The project area includes contiguous prospecting licences near the Kopano Copper Mine licence boundary, and Eastport has described NAK as a resource-definition-stage copper opportunity within the broader Matsitama property package.

Eastport's additional Botswana projects broaden the company's commodity exposure. The Semarule Rare Earth Element Project is a 100%-owned project in south-central Botswana, positioned northwest of Gaborone, where exploration work has targeted carbonatite-style rare earth potential. The Foley Uranium Project is located in Botswana's Central District immediately north of the Letlhakane uranium deposit and targets uranium mineralization in shallow Karoo sediments. The Selebi-East Project is prospective for nickel, copper, cobalt and platinum group elements in northeast Botswana near the Selebi mining camp. The Keng Project targets nickel, copper and platinum group elements on the northern margin of the Molopo Farms Complex.

The company's operating model is based on assembling and advancing mineral exploration projects through drilling, geochemistry, geophysics and related technical work. Its news flow is centered on exploration progress across copper, rare earth, uranium and nickel-copper-PGE targets, along with capital markets developments tied to its public-company status.

Eastport completed its Qualifying Transaction and was admitted to trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in November 2025. Its common shares began trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States in January 2026 under the symbol EVIIF, while continuing to trade in Canada under EVI.
