On October 10, 2025, Abits Group Inc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its 2025 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on November 21, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., Hong Kong Time (10:00 P.M., Eastern Time, on November 20, 2025), at Level 24, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong SAR, China.
