On February 5, 2026, the Company issued a Shareholder Letter (the “Letter”) regarding its financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and the information in Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated herein by reference.
The Letter attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 includes certain non-GAAP financial measures. Reconciliations of these non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures are contained in the Letter and the financial tables attached thereto.
