Arvana, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for
the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (the “Form 10-Q”) on the filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies. The Registrant
will file its Form 10-Q on or before November 19, 2025, the prescribed due date pursuant to this Form 12b-25.
