On November 12, 2025, the Board of Directors of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share to be paid on January 8, 2026, to all holders of record of issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on November 26, 2025.

On November 12, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the quarterly dividend. A copy of the press release has been filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
