On March 11, 2026, the Board of Directors of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share to be paid on April 9, 2026, to all holders of record of issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on March 26, 2026.
 
On March 11, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing the quarterly dividend. A copy of the press release has been filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

ST. LOUIS (March 11, 2026) Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (NYSE: BBW) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share of issued and outstanding common stock, representing an increase of $0.01 per share.  The dividend will be paid on April 9, 2026, to all stockholders of record as of March 26, 2026.
