This Amendment No.
1 on Form 6-K/A (“Amendment No.1”) amends the Current Report on Form 6-K of Biodexa Pharmaceuticals PLC (the “Company”)
filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on June 30, 2026. This Amendment No. 1 is being filed
solely for the purpose of filing Exhibit 5.1.
