(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared January 2026 dividends for its 5.5% Series B Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock, 8.25% Series D Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series E Redeemable Preferred Stock and Series M Redeemable Preferred Stock.
As of December 31, 2025, there were 12,027,130 shares of the Company’s Series E Redeemable Preferred Stock and 1,393,780 shares of the Company’s Series M Redeemable Preferred Stock issued and outstanding.
