Insights

Amendment shows disaggregation left Vanguard with zero reported holdings in this class.

The amendment states Vanguard reports 0 shares of Bank of Hawaii Corp common stock as of the filing. It attributes this to an internal realignment effective 01/12/2026 and cites SEC Release No. 34-39538 as the basis for separate reporting by subsidiaries.

Cash‑flow treatment and any prior holding levels are not provided in the excerpt; subsequent filings from the reporting entities may clarify whether those subsidiaries report holdings separately. The signature block shows the filing was executed on 03/26/2026.

Filing is procedural, citing SEC Release No. 34-39538 for disaggregated reporting after internal reorganization.

The text explicitly references SEC Release No. 34-39538 and states certain subsidiaries will report beneficial ownership separately. That language aligns with accepted SEC guidance for disaggregated beneficial‑ownership reporting following structural changes.

Because the amendment reports 0 shares, it functions as an administrative disclosure rather than an active trading signal; filings by the now‑separate entities will contain their own holdings if applicable.
