Stanley A. Lybarger has provided notice that he is retiring from the Board of Directors of BOK Financial Corporation effective July 18, 2025. Mr. Lybarger served the company for fifty-one years including seventeen years as its Chief Executive Officer, a position from which he retired December 31, 2013.
